Ingredients:
 
Puff Pastry 1 No.
Turned Baby Carrot 5 Nos.
Turned Baby Potato 5 Nos.
Turned Baby Zuccine 5 Nos.
Baby Cut Mushroom 5 Nos.
Cube of Beef150 gm
Asparagus 3 Nos.
Demiglaze 750 ml.
Thyme 1 pinch
Rosemary1 pinch
Chopped Onion - 25 gms.
Chopped Garlic 25 gms.
Salt to taste

Method:
  • Saute onion with garlic and add cube beef to it.
  • Cook the beef till medium and then add all the vegetables which are boiled.
  • Add demi glaze season and add thyme and rosemary to it.
  • Open the puff pastry and put in the filling .Cover with the lid and garnish with asparagus and parsely.
