  PRAWN PRICHA
  

Ingredients:
 
Prawns 24 pcs.
Refined Flour100 gms.
Corn Starch 100 gms.
Egg1 no.
Onion Chopped 50 gms.
Garlic Chopped 50 gms.
Ginger Chopped 50 gms.
lemon for juice - 4 nos.
Celentro Chopped 50 gms.
Chilly Chopped 50 gms.
Oyster Sauce 50 gms.
Soya Sauce 15 ml.
Corn Starch to thicken
Fried Rice cooked. 100 gms.
Pepper to taste.
Salt to taste.
Thai Pickle.

Method:
  • Make a smooth batter of egg, refined flour, corn starch, salt and pepper and the baking powder.
  • Dip the prawns in the batter and deep fry till golden.
  • Mould a fried rice and some thai pickle next to it.
  • Put some sauce at the base and place the prawns on that and pour the remaining sauce on top of it.
  • Garnish with diamond spring onions.
Sauce:
Saute onion, garlic, ginger, chilly, celentro, oyster sauce, soya sauce and sauce. Add some water and thicken with corn starch.
