It was a very creamy affair at the Orchid with everybody having his cake and eating it too? literally!

The occasion was the dream cream contest hosted by the Gourmet Shop.. On 17th July a panel of judges, which included celebrities and gourmet writers, declared Ms.Sheela Khemchandani as the winner of the Dream Cream Contest held at the Chambers Orchid . Khemchandani was one of the 15 finalists, who were short-listed from a large number of entries received at the Gourmet shop.

According to executive chef, Sudhir Pai, the gourmet shop received more than 500 entries from all the corners of the city. After going through each and every entry, we short-listed 15 finalists, who were personally intimated. The final contestants were decided keeping in mind the originality and novelty of the recipe as well as the garnishing method.

Spotted at the party were Rashmi Uday Singh, Parvana Bora Noorani, Prahlad Kakkar who along with the executive chef Pai did the honours of judging the contest as well.
