Mix
grated coconut and jaggery cook in a thick bottom
pan till the waterevaporates, add cardamom powder.
keep aside.
- Peel the Banana and slit into halves lenghtwise
stuff the misture and keep aside.
- Mix maida, Rice flour add water make batter. Add
pinch of salt and baking powder. The batter should
be of pouring consistency.
- Dip the stuffed Banana in a batter deep fry it
till crisp.
- Cut it diagonally. It can also be served cold.
