Job Description :

  • Welcome the guests arriving at the restaurant
  • Attend to the guests queries, requirements if any regarding the food and beverages and provide superior level of guest service
  • Ensure proper billing
  • Take feedback from the guests
  • Comply with hotels safety, hygiene and grooming standards
  • Control cost by minimizing pilferage & breakage
