  • Petals will be calculated on net bill value, excluding taxes.
  • All applicable taxes including central, state, local, and other taxes shall not be considered for purposes of Petals accrual.
  • Petals will be rewarded on all eligible spends at Participating Hotels and Participating Restaurants only from the date of the Member's enrollment into the program. No retro credits will be given for transactions prior to the enrollment.
  • To earn Petals, a Member must be a registered, paying guest at a Participating Hotel and meet all of the conditions described in the Terms and Conditions.
  • Petals can be earned on discounted bills; however, a discount of 26% or more will result in no Petals earnings (applicable to both F&B and Room Bills).
  • Petals are available to Rewards Members for redemption. Value of each Petal is Re.1 at Participating Hotels and Participating Restaurants, whereas at Orchid Rewards store, 2 Petals = Re.1.
  • Unused Reward Petals will expire after 3 years. No special approvals will be allowed for reversal.
  • Petals cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Any individual who has attained the age of 18 years, has a valid and active National mobile number, is eligible to register for the Orchid Rewards Loyalty Program. There is no minimum order value for becoming a member.
  • The registered mobile number of the member is the primary identification for earning loyalty Petals upon spending.
  • All account details, service details, special offers, updates, and promotional communications will be sent through SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Members must update any change in their registered mobile number, address, and profile information on the website.
  • Orchid Hotels will rely solely on the information provided by the member and will not be responsible for incorrect or outdated details.
  • Each Member is responsible for keeping track of their Petals balance and ensuring their contact details are up to date.
  • Accrued Petals do not constitute property of the Members and are non-transferable, even in the event of death.
  • We reserve the right to change, cancel, or modify any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Accumulation of Petals will cease immediately upon program termination.
  • In case of disputes regarding the Rewards program, The Orchid Hotels' decision shall be final and binding.
  • By enrolling in the program, a Member consents to be bound by all terms and conditions.
  • "Participating Hotels" include The Orchid Hotel (Mumbai & Pune), Fort JadhavGADH, Mahodadhi Palace (Puri), Lotus Resorts Konark, IRA Mumbai & Bhubaneswar.
  • "Participating Restaurants" refer to restaurants in these hotels offering Rewards Petals earnings.
  • Petals will be recorded within 48 hours of bill settlement if the Orchid Rewards Registered Mobile number is quoted during reservation or payment.
  • Bookings made via third-party travel websites (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) will not earn Rewards Petals.
  • Petals earned are not combinable with other loyalty programs of The Orchid Hotels.
  • Two program benefits cannot be applied concurrently.
  • Petals earned for a hotel stay will only be available for redemption once the stay has been fully paid and completed.
  • Only Petals earned on eligible spends will be considered for tier upgrades.
  • The Orchid Rewards Loyalty Program reserves the right to deduct erroneously credited Petals.
  • If Petals are not credited despite quoting the registered Mobile number, members must submit a written request with the original invoice to helpdesk@orchidrewards.in within 15 days.
  • Retroactive Petals will not be credited without quoting the registered mobile number at the time of bill settlement.
  • Missed Petals claims must be submitted within one month of the transaction.
  • Orchid Rewards Petals can be redeemed for hotel bookings by emailing helpdesk@orchidrewards.in.
  • Petals can also be redeemed for real-time payments on room stays, food & beverage, laundry, gift cards, and other listed options.
  • Petals can be used for booking any available room category at Participating Hotels.
  • Redemption requests for rooms or F&B can be made via email or by calling Orchid Rewards Member Services at +91 916 916 6789.
  • Processing of Rewards redemption requests may take up to 48 hours.
  • For holidays booked using Rewards Petals, members must bear travel and associated costs.
  • Travel agents will not receive commissions for rooms booked using Rewards Petals.
  • Petals redemption for stays must be done via the hotel’s official website, not third-party portals.
  • Cancellation/ Amendment / No Show Policy:
  • Cancellations/amendments within 48 hours before arrival will result in a one-night retention charge in Rewards Petals.
  • No-show bookings will lead to automatic redemption of Petals.
  • No-show for restaurant reservations using Rewards Petals will also result in Petals being considered redeemed.
  • Promotions and special offers are at the sole discretion of The Orchid Rewards Loyalty Program and may change without prior notice.
  • Service guarantees apply only to queries where a resolution time was promised by the Member Service Center.
  • Turnaround time for service guarantee depends on the nature of the complaint.
  • If additional information is needed, members must respond within the specified timeline.
  • Service guarantee timelines may be extended if required, and members will be notified accordingly.
  • All communications will be sent only to the member’s registered email ID or phone number.
  • Pets are not allowed at Lotus Eco Beach Resort Konark.
